4. Subscriptions and Payments

Hexxly offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use Hexxly for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to breach security or interfere with the service.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell content without permission.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

Hexxly’s name, logo, design, and original non-user content are owned by Hexxly and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our brand assets without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Hexxly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Spells, tarot, astrology, and crystal information are for entertainment, spiritual, and personal growth purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexxly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
